KSU international student enjoys exploring new culture and friendships in first semester

In recognition of that significant step, we are highlighting students who have just completed their first semesters at Kennesaw State University. Micaela Bazalar Quispe, who is from Lima, Peru and plans to pursue a degree in sociology, shares what made her first semester as an Owl meaningful.

Fall 2022 Commencement

Kennesaw State University’s Convocation Center echoed with sounds of jubilation this week as students participated in the time-honored tradition of the Commencement ceremonies. This week, nearly 3,000 students will walk across the stage in one of six ceremonies in which undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students will be awarded degrees from the University. Enjoy this look back at the sights and sounds of the week’s festivities. Congratulations to the Class of 2022!

3D Printing Ecosystem transforms education at Kennesaw State University

The high-pitched beeps and whirring sounds coming from Room 465 in the Burruss Building at Kennesaw State University are unusual enough to draw attention. Students walking by peer through the glass and see a network of wires and dozens of contraptions – each about two feet tall with what looks like a wheel spinning on top. Upon taking a closer look, the machines are creating small figurines, seemingly from thin air.
